Note:  Do not purchase your controller from TomTop.  We have had difficulty in having them send out replacement parts to customers that require them.  If you purchase your controller from TomTop and have any difficulty with your controller they are very difficult to deal with.

We will try to keep up with this short list of North American sellers that have inventory.  This can change quickly.  If you are not able to find a Scorch or FRAGnStein unit from these sources then please contact Sales@Bannco.com for an update on when new shipments will arrive.

Warranty:

Our authorized sellers respect our 1 year warrany and if any part should be defective it is replaced by our authorized sellers.  At this time many third party sellers are now selling Bannco products. Bannco has a policy of replacing any and all defective parts via our authorized sellers network.  If you purchase a product from an unauthorized seller our warranty applies however customers may have to pay shipping costs for replacement parts.  We strongly suggest only purchasing Bannco products from an authorized seller from our distribution map.

Please note:  Our controllers are great for both the PC and console players.  Our controllers are the best in the world for console play however the console game play is not identical to a PC game play.  Console games are generally accelerated and designed for the DS controller.  Our advanced algorithms take out most of the linear acceleration and convert as close to possible into PC style. 

If you have experience with older wired mouse systems and want to move up - you have arrived.  If you are a long time PC gamer and expect to have that exact same PC experience on a console, we would ask that you post comments on our board, speak to other gamers to ensure you get the experience you are expecting.  You will find Bannco is straight up, we are the best at what we do and work with gamers to transmit that to all gamers for the best possible game play.
