TROUBLE

Mouse and Left Grip do not work after Firmware upgrade:

After changing RF settings you may have to rematch your dongle, mouse and left grip. 

To Rematch devices:

a) Press the dongle button while it's in the PC or PS3 USB port.
b) Then press the mouse button on the underside of the mouse.
c) The mouse and dongle lights should stop blinking.
d) Press the dongle button again.
e) Then press the small left grip button that is inside the battery bay by the back latch.
f) The left grip and dongle lights should stop blinking.

The mouse, left grip and dongle are now matched.

Firmware says dongle not plugged in when it is:

When doing Firmware upgrades you will need to be in set up mode.  To enter set up mode press and hold your dongle button for 1-2 seconds after you plug it into your USB port.

The Firmware dialog box does not appear:

Your Driver did not install correct.  When the FRAGnStein is in setup mode, your device manager will list it as a Wireless Mouse Combo.  See Driver Installation for Driver installation help.
