Attention Bannco Distribution Network

We have become aware that Splitfish AG and their associates (the "Group") have been systematically contacting our buyers with threats of legal action if our buyers continue to do business with Bannco.

BE AWARE:

1) That Group's two patent applications were rejected on all claims due to prior art:

Official USA Patent Office. (search link for patent number 11/957,944 and 11/691,241)

2) That Group claims to have a trademark on FRAG and or FRAGFX:

The trademark FRAG is in the public domain.

3) Bannco has filed for it's own trademarks:

4) That Group claims our product trademark is confusingly similar to the Splitfish Mark. As you can see the FRAGnStein and FragFx names are distinctly different and customers have no difficulty knowing this difference.

5) That Group has posted deliberate malicious and harmful images claiming piracy against Bannco. Bannco technologies are our own, independently developed and completely different internal architecture than anything they have.

SUMMARY:

That Group's actions are desperate, outright defamatory, blatant malicious and tortious business interference. Bannco takes this very seriously.  Bannco and its legal team have now accumulated adequate evidence against that Group. 

On behalf of our Buyers Network, Bannco is now taking full legal remedies.
